Once you have paid your personal answer fee, we will send you a special unique telephone access number that is available to you, and which you may use to contact our doctors for advice on your allergy. Please note: While you may purchase your consultation credit at any time with our easy to use webform, consultation by appointment with our doctors will be on Monday, Thursday or Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm AEST, When you receive confirmation of your order and your special access number you will then need to ring our receptionist who will let you know what appointment times are still available for you
