Headaches

DO you know that frequent headaches are often a common sign of allergy? Migraine is a particular type of headache which is usually centered over one or other temple, although it can be generalized. Do you get zig-zag lines, white patches or bright lights in the field of vision, neck pain and dizziness, prior to, or during your headaches? Do you suffer from depression, irritability, restlessness, or anorexia. Nausea, vomiting and photophobia (sensitivity to light) prior to, or during your headaches? When headaches are due to allergy, they can be caused by a number of foods, or food additives, as well as airborne allergens. Caffeine addiction - people with a high caffeine intake, can suffer headaches as a toxic reaction to the caffeine.
