Telephone Allergy Consultation: A Telephone Consultation means that you will be provided with a personal telephone discussion with one of our Allergy Doctors.

All Phone Consultations are given the same Professional quality advice by an Allergist in current medical practice. Your Doctor currently consults patients face to face and will respond to your eHealth Consultation as part of his or her regular Allergy clinic, so you are assured of expert Professional advice. Your complete confidentiality is assured. The Allergy Centre advice should be used as an adjunct to, and in conjunction with, the advice of your local doctor.

How can I pay for telephone access to personal professional help from a doctor who specialises in allergy? For a small fee of AUD$49 (our normal standard advice fee for a single consultation is $79) our doctors will have a consultation of up to 15 minutes with you to answer any number of questions about your personal allergy problem. Once you’ve paid your personal answer fee, we will send you a special unique telephone access number that will be available to you, and which you may use to contact our doctors for advice on your allergy
